The plan to prepare students in my country to work in different culturally, technologically, and economically context

Our country is still developing to catch up with the world. All strategies and necessity must start from the beginning. Without adequate higher education, higher technology, economically institutions providing a critical mass of skills, no citizenship can ensure genuine endogenous and sustainable development for their future life. In order to bring about deep economic and social changes and promotion of the living standard as well as filling the gap between themselves and the developed countries, we are in need of science and technology, and development has become an important factor for industrial and economic progress. Therefore, firstly, I would propose the plan by putting young people on education, I would plan to prepare my students to be trained basic computer skills, mobilizing skills and technology using method as technology continues to dominate our daily works.
There are three steps to prepare before putting students on education. For the very first step, I will create freedom of education and management for the students. To have education freedom, school leader must put up a proposal to government to have a constitution for the education. In this field, all students must have a chance to make report, select the subject which they interested in, and allow them to present their research base on the freedom of education. In the second step, I will change our foundation education system because child-centered approach learning is very useful for the students. By approaching with this teaching method students will interest to work in different culturally, technologically, and economically context to understand in technologically, culturally and economically context because they can open their ways to catch the globalization change.  Today, in Myanmar foundation of education system is starting to change. However, old teaching method takes root for a long time so that it is incapable to change immediately. Before changing teaching method, I must train the teacher first. Step three; I will approach to the students in term of language proficiency in education. There are three languages students must be learned in the school such as native language, second language and international language. International language is very important for every one because students must build their own world out of from our country at that time communication will provide many benefits for them.
Base on these three steps, I will invite students to create their own blog and post their creativity thinking skill on their blog and using projector to attract theirs’ attention in learning. In my personal experiences, I never had a chance to see and use computer in my school life. From grade one until I got bachelor degree, whenever I had any work to do I had to write with pens or pencils. Without something like a personal computer, trying to get a job is very difficult. Mostly now a day, many businesses place ads for positions on the internet, and so it becomes hard for someone to get a job. It is important for them to bridge the technology divide so that we can access any information from the outside world.
As we approach the 21st century, it is abundantly clear and I believe that every citizen must have a certain degree of scientific literacy. Every citizen must be given instruction in order to compete, and collaborate in a new global with globalization education system.  As new information and communication technologies further change day by day, it is important for us to note that higher education institutions should lead in drawing on the advantages and potential of new information and communication technologies, ensuring quality and maintaining high standards for education practices and outcomes in a spirit of openness, equity and international co-operation by engaging in networks, technology transfer, developing teaching materials and sharing experience of their application in teaching, and making knowledge accessible to all my country people.

In my country, just a little thing has been done for each context which mentioned above since every single path of economic, political, education, technological communication; media have been controlled by the military government for years. 2010 election onward, some computer internet cafe` are allowed to open in the cities areas. People can use internet and can communicate with other people to the outside world through internet. However, internet speeds are still very low for the public use and internet access from mobile devices remains extremely limited. When compare to the international standard, there are still lots of things to be done for the country people.
